The Career Center
A career coach serves as a partner in helping students explore their interests, identify their strengths, and make informed decisions about their future.
Throughout a student’s college journey, career coaches provide guidance on choosing career paths, gaining relevant experience through internships, research, leadership, and experiential learning opportunities, and developing professional skills that employers and graduate schools value. They assist with resumes, cover letters, interviewing, networking, personal branding, job and internship searches, and graduate or professional school preparation.
By helping students connect their academic experiences to meaningful career goals, career coaches empower students to confidently navigate their college experience and successfully transition into the next stage of their professional lives.
