Bio
Taylor Feild, Ph.D., is Associate Professor of Biology in the Natural Sciences Division at New College of Florida. He specializes in plant physiology and botany. He previously held a tenured position at the University of Tennessee and worked at Tulane University, James Cook Univeristy (Australia), University of Toronto, and was a Miller Fellow at the Miller Institute for Basic Research in Science at University of California, Berkeley. He earned his Ph.D. from Harvard University and his master’s from the University of Illinois. He teaches and mentors students in plant physiology and botany of terrestrial plants.
