New College of Florida is a public liberal arts honors college that serves more than 800 full-time undergraduate students. The campus is located on Sarasota Bay, roughly 50 miles south of Tampa/St. Petersburg.

The College’s academic program is designed for active learning and close collaboration between students. and faculty. Faculty advise and instruct students in the development of foundational background and disciplined research methods, preparing them to produce original results in their field of study through the senior thesis project. New College is strictly undergraduate, however, the majority of alums go on to attend graduate or professional school.

Alliance seeks manager

The Cross College Alliance seeks its first full-time Alliance Manager. The Alliance Manager will be employed by the Ringling College of Art and Design on behalf of the Alliance. This is a temporary, full-time, grant-funded position with benefits.

The Alliance Manager is an innovative and collaborative thinker with excellent communication and project management skills. The Alliance Manager supports the Cross College Alliance by acting as planner, facilitator and liaison of CCA presidents and other standing groups to help further high value collaborations, projects and initiatives. The Alliance Manager assists with researching, writing and supporting grants and grant activities. This position is responsible for outreach, including all website and social media outreach for the Alliance. Apply here.
