Pursuant to Florida Statute 1013.30(6), the Board of Trustees (Board) of New College of Florida (NCF) will hold the first public hearing for its proposed 2025 Campus Master Plan Update at the time and location set forth above. Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing with respect to the proposed 2025 Campus Master Plan Update. In addition, written comments may be submitted throughout the process through the following email address: campusmasterplan@ncf.
Pursuant to Section 286.0105 of Florida Statutes, if any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter to be considered at the public hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, she or he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record would include any testimony or evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
In accordance with Florida Statute 1013.30(6), the first public hearing will be followed by (1) a 90-day agency review period, and (2) a second public hearing of the NCF Board of Trustees. NCF will provide public notice of each of those steps as they are scheduled.
The proposed 2025 Campus Master Plan Update is available for public inspection at Facilities Management 5510 General Twining Blvd Sarasota, FL 34243 during regular business hours. A reasonable charge may be made for the provision of copies. It is also available for public inspection and download at the following link: https://www.ncf.edu/master-plan/
