Housing Room Rates & Fees
Hall rates are determined by financial aid year, which starts in the fall semester and ends in the summer semester. If you are a new student beginning in the summer and applying for financial aid, be sure to submit the FAFSA for both the academic years (fall-summer).

Housing Fees for 2025-2026
Housing fees are impacted by state policies and may be subject to change, additional housing fees may apply. Other damage and cleaning fees may apply and be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
