Notice Of Procedures For New College Board Of Directors Meetings

The New College Foundation Board of Directors meetings follow the general format established by the New College of Florida Board of Trustees. These procedures ensure accessibility, efficiency, and legal compliance.

All meetings of the new College Foundation Board and its committees are open to the public as provided in the Florida Government in the Sunshine Act. Admission to the venue begins 15 minutes prior to the start of the meeting. Meetings begin promptly on time as noticed in the Public Notice of the meeting.

Online access to the meeting is limited to Foundation Board members and staff.

Any member of the public interested in speaking at the event must register to do so no later than 48 hrs prior to the start of the meeting by emailing [email protected]. Written comments are available as a reasonable accommodation and comments mailed to [email protected] will be provided to Board Members if received by the public speaking deadline. Individuals registered to speak during the public comment period relating to the items germane to the meeting agenda will be allottee one minute to address the Board. Any disruption of the meeting may result in removal from the venue.
