Non-Degree Seeking Students
Non-Degree Admission
Enrolling as a non-degree seeking student at NCF allows you to take courses for enrichment, certification, degree completion or to meet pre-admission requirements for entry into graduate degree programs. Non-degree students at NCF may request to have earned credit transferred into a degree program at NCF, per program approval. Students interested in this option should contact their desired degree-seeking program of study directly for guidance.
For the optimal enrollment experience, your non-degree application must be received three weeks before the start of the term. The non-degree incoming student application deadlines are as follows.
Academic Year 2026–2027

Applications received after the deadline are automatically processed for the next academic term, unless approval is received from the Provost’s office.
Community Auditors
I am a Florida resident 60 years of age or older. I am interested in taking classes for personal enrichment only and not to earn college credit or grades.
Post Baccalaureate Student
A student who has already earned a bachelor’s degree, and is interested in taking classes to earn credit towards a graduate degree.
Visiting Students
A student who attends a non-Florida public institution and is interested in taking courses to count toward a degree at their home institution to meet an admission requirement for another degree program.
Transient Students
A student who attends another Florida public institution and is interested in taking additional courses to count toward their degree at their home institution or to satisfy an admission requirement for another degree program.
Dual Enrollment
A student who is not currently enrolled at a higher education institution but is interested in taking courses to complete high school credits while earning college credits at no cost.
