Partnering High Schools

As Florida’s public honors college, New College is excited to partner with the following schools to offer guaranteed admission to students who meet the criteria listed below:

• Booker High School, Sarasota
• Lakewood Ranch High School, Lakewood Ranch
• Manatee School for the Arts, Palmetto 
• Manatee High School, Bradenton
• North Port High School, North Port
• Riverview High School, Sarasota
• Sarasota High School, Sarasota
• Sarasota Military Academy, Sarasota
• Southeast High School, Bradenton

Criteria for Qualification

• 3.5 NCF recalculated GPA
• SAT score of 1150 (500 minimum on Math and Evidence-based Reading and Writing)

OR

• ACT of 23 (22 minimum on English, Math, Reading, Science)
• 4 AICE, AP, or IB units with grades of C or better

Priority Admission Application Dates

• Submit the admission application by Nov. 1
• Submit all remaining application materials by Dec. 1

Apply with the Common Application or the New College Application.

Scholarships

We automatically assign a New College Four Winds scholarship to most students. Apply for additional scholarship funding through New College’s Scholarship Manager once you apply for admission. Learn more at ncf.edu/scholarships.
