Welcome to the Marketing & Communications Department request page. We are here to help you promote your events, update your web presence, and create high-quality collateral for New College of Florida.
Submit a New Request

Important: You must sign in or sign up using your @ncf.edu email address to access the form and ensure your request is properly routed.
After You Submit
Once you submit your ticket, the process is simple:
- Confirmation: You will receive an automated email confirmation immediately.
- Adding Comments: If you need to add more information, provide additional files, or ask a question after the ticket is submitted, simply reply directly to that confirmation email. Your message will be automatically attached to the ticket for our team to see.
- Completion: When your request is finished, you will receive a follow-up email from Asana notifying you that the task has been completed.
Timelines: Small updates (web/design) typically take ~3 business days. Larger creative projects or video shoots require more lead time. Thank you for helping us stay organized and efficient!
What We Handle:
Use the form above to submit all formal requests for the Marketing department, including:
- Web: Updates to ncf.edu, event listing/public notice posting, new page builds, or directory updates.
- Creative: Graphic design for print or digital, branding, and flyers.
- Multimedia: Photography, video production, headshots, and event coverage.
- Social/Comms: Social media promotion and general communications strategy.

If you would like to see the full details, internal status updates, and history of the tickets you have personally submitted, follow these steps:
- Login: Go to app.asana.com.
- Setup: If this is your first time logging in, you may be prompted with “New User” setup questions. These questions are irrelevant to our workflow—you can click through or skip them quickly.
- Find Your Tickets: Once you are in the main Asana dashboard, click the “Inbox” button in the left-hand sidebar.
- View Status: In your Inbox, you will see notifications regarding your submitted tickets. Click on a notification to open the full ticket view, where you can see all information and the current progress status.
