Transfer to New College

Apply as a transfer if you have (or will be) enrolled in any college course work after the date of your high school graduation. Approximately 10-15 percent of New College's enrollment is comprised of students who transferred here from other colleges and universities.

HOW DO I APPLY?

Option 1: New College Application – Early Action Deadline: December 1

  • New College Application (No application fee)
  • SAT or ACT Scores
  • Official Transcripts: One for each school you’ve attended, high school through college.
  • Recommendation (Optional): Through the application, provide contact information for the person writing your recommendation. We will send the information directly to them.

Option 2: Common Application – Early Action Deadline: December 1

  • No application fee
  • Add New College to your account
  • SAT or ACT Scores
  • Official Transcripts: One for each school you’ve attended, high school through college.
  • Recommendation (Optional): From your college counselor, dean, or professor who has taught you in an academic subject. Send through Common Application.
