Ronald A. Christaldi Receives Tampa Bay Businesses for Culture & The Arts Individual Impact Award
TAMPA, FL – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, is pleased to announce that Ronald A. Christaldi, partner in the Tampa office, is the recipient of the Tampa Bay Businesses for Culture & the Arts Individual Impact Award, which he received for his exceptional contributions to arts and culture in Tampa Bay in recent years. He was also honored, alongside fellow partner, Gregory C. Yadley, as a past president of the organization. Ron is a business lawyer with experience in both transactions and litigation. He is the General Counsel to the Lions Eye Institute and to medical device manufacturer, Alps South.
He is the primary outside counsel for the Moffitt Cancer Center. Ron is a Board Certified Health Lawyer and is AV® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He also has been recognized as one of the top 100 lawyers in Florida by Super Lawyer magazine, selected Legal Elite by Florida Trend® and has been recognized by the Tampa Bay Business Journal with its prestigious “40 Under 40” award for professional accomplishments and community service.
Ron serves as Chair-elect and is on the Executive Committee of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce. He also serves on the Board of Trustees for Youth Environmental Services, Inc., as well as the Friends of the Riverwalk, The Spring of Tampa Bay, and as Chair of the Tampa City Council appointed Citizen’s Advisory Committee on the Economic Impact of Arts and Culture. He is a member of Leadership Tampa (Class of 2003) and Tampa Connection (Class of 1998-1999). Ron received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law, his M.A. in International Affairs from Florida State University, and his B.A. from New College of Florida.
