Public comment at the meeting will be permitted within the guidelines in Alumni Association Bylaws art. III, § 2(f). Commenters are asked to provide notification of their intent to comment at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Email intent to comment [email protected]. The Chair may exercise discretion to hear comments even if advance notice was not provided. Comments are limited to three minutes per person. The total time for comments may be limited if there is a large number of commenters.
