After a year in second place, the University of Virginia again is back on top in Princeton Review’s “Best Value Colleges” ranking. … Rounding out the top 10 public institutions were New College of Florida, the College of William and Mary, UCLA, North Carolina State, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, State University of New York at Binghampton, University of Michigan and University of Georgia.
