New College alumna and Board of Trustee member Felice Schulaner will give a presentation entitled “Interviews and Business Etiquette: The Art of the Interview (How to Succeed!).” The workshop will take place on Wednesday, April 14, in HCL 2 (Conference Room) and begins promptly at 5:30 pm. RSVP required.

This presentation will address:

  • most frequently asked questions
  • how to set yourself apart during the interview
  • how to answer difficult questions
  • business etiquette and email faux pas

Felice Schulaner, served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Coach Inc., a multi-billion dollar, global accessories company, from 2000 to 2007.  Prior to this, she held similar positions a Optimark Technologies and Salant Corporation.  Ms. Schulaner’s 25+ year business career also included senior Human Resources positions at American Express and Macy’s and retail management positions at Sears and Jordan Marsh.  A native of New Jersey, she graduated from New College in 1981 with a Bachelors of Arts in Economics.  Ms. Schulaner also volunteers with the Non-Profit Resource Center of the Community Foundation of Sarasota to provide consulting in the area of Human Resources.  She and her husband Dennis Rees live on Siesta Key.  Appointed by the Board of Governor to the New College Board of Trustees, Term of Office: January 7, 2010 to January 6, 2015.
