For the first time in its history, New College of Florida is offering a summer session of classes that will explore both classic higher education themes and cutting-edge technologies. The summer session is aimed at college students home or visiting for the summer, retirees who have a thirst for knowledge, or people seeking new job skills or exploring career options. New College will offer seven classes in four- and six-week sessions: 3D Modeling and 3D Printing, Alternatives to Capitalism and Socialism, General Chemistry 1, Introduction to American Government, Introduction to Psychology, Marine Policy, Electronic Music in Code. Registration runs April 15 through June 7. Classes in both sessions begin June 10 with the four-week session ending July 5 and the six-week session ends ending July 19.
