Writer and graphic novelist Mildred Louis is author of “Agents of the Realm,” a webcomic with a cult following. She will read from her work and discuss the representation of black characters in graphic novels at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 20, in New College’s Jane Bancroft Cook Library.
