New College’s Counseling and Wellness Center (CWC) launched its own weekly newsletter on March 27 called “Sprouts for Wise Wellbeing” to keep the campus community informed during the remote learning period.
Each week will highlight general health resources, apps and links to mindfulness tools, and guides to staying physically fit.
The inaugural issue includes features such as an “Adaptive Resilience Thought for the Week,” “Mindfulness Resources from Dr. Emily Smith,” “Staying Fit in the (Temporary) New Normal” and “Coping with Uncertainty, Change, and Fear.”
