Interlibrary loans

A message from the Jane Bancroft Cook Library’s Interlibrary Loan Department:
Thank you for your flexibility and cooperation as we managed the unexpected during the spring semester. ILLiad has now returned to full functionality, though we remain grateful for your patience for more difficult requests.
If you need material, please don’t hesitate to ask for it or reach out with questions as they arise. If you need to create a new account, please find the ILLiad tile in the myNCF portal and click through the account creation screen.
Our generous lenders bringing their libraries back online means that they’ve begun asking for the return of their late materials as well as issuing new loans. If you have ILLiad loans (books with a blue wrap on the front covers), please check the due date on the bands. If they were due prior to June, we ask that you plan to get them back to us as you can.
The freestanding drop box in the library parking lot (between the library building and the Asolo parking lot) is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and emptied daily. If you have materials to pick up from our paging system, or incoming interlibrary loans to retrieve, you can also return materials in a contactless manner at that time by leaving them on the pickup cart.
If you still need the material, we can request a new copy from a new lender. If you cannot return to campus yet, please let us know and we’ll work with the lending library to extend the due date.
