Due to a scheduling error,  the time for the Group Fitness/Boot Camp class has changed. Beginning Sept. 4, Boot Camp will be held Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8-8:50 a.m., at the Fitness Center.
This class is free and open to students, staff, or faculty. You can come consistently, or drop in occasionally. The style of this full-body workout will be a mix of boot camp, HIIT, and circuit work geared toward integrated fitness – full range of motion, flexibility, and strength. Anyone at any fitness level is welcome.
