If your account is locked out and you have not registered a secondary email and/or do not recall your security questions, please email a request for a password reset to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Staff/Faculty passwords will be set to Ncfmmdd####! (with the mmdd being your birthdate, #### being last four digits of SSN).
Student passwords are created using a random password generator.
This password will be good for a single login, at which time you will be prompted to change it. If a response email address is not specified within the body of the request, we will respond to the source of the request to let you know that the change has occurred.
Once you login, click the USER ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT link in the top right corner of the main dashboard screen. Then, change your password, reset your security questions and register a secondary email so that password self-service is available to you in the future.
