III\, § 2(f).  Commenters are asked to provide notification of their intent to comment at least 24\nhours in advance of the meeting.  Email intent to comment foundation@ncf.edu.  The Chair may\nexercise discretion to hear comments even if advance notice was not provided.  Comments are\nlimited to three minutes per person.  The total time for comments may be limited if there is a large\nnumber of commenters.
