In accordance with the Sunshine Law\, the public is invited to listen and observe the following meeting. \nFoundation Board of Directors Meeting  \nFriday\, March 17\, 2023 at 8:30am   \nZoom Link:  https://ncf.zoom.us/j/92708678835?pwd=MG9ucFBmUDJ1K2hZbHEvMHU2em8xdz09\nWebinar ID: 927 0867 8835\nPasscode: 018377 \nThe New College Foundation is committed to promoting transparency and opportunity for public comment regarding the governance of the Foundation. The regular form of communication with the Board of Directors is either by electronic means or in writing. However\, the board sets aside time during full board meetings for members of the public who wish to be heard regarding an action item on the agenda. \nA request to speak during the public comment portion of a Foundation Board meeting must be submitted to the Foundation email in writing no later than two days (forty-eight hours) in advance of the full board meeting scheduled. Speakers must specify the matter on which they wish to speak. \nThe Foundation will determine whether the item will be heard and when it will be heard. The Board may decline to hear any matter determined not to relate to a particular action item or deemed outside the Board’s jurisdiction.  There will be a 3 minute time limit; however\, this time limit may be extended or shortened (at the discretion of the Chair) depending upon the number of speakers. \nNotify foundation@ncf.edu to submit a Request for Public Comment. \nPursuant to the provisions of the Americans With Disabilities Act\, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in this meeting is asked to advise the college in advance of the meeting by contacting Human Resources at 941-487-4583.
