DESCRIPTION:Foundation Board of Directors Meeting \nFebruary 19\, 2025\n8:30am – 11:30am \nMeeting location:  The Keating Center\, 441 College Drive\, Sarasota\, FL 34243 \nThis meeting will be available to view and observe via zoom at:\nhttps://ncf.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_VBlABIR5QRiMpIS40-LZuA \nSpace within the meeting room is limited. Please arrive early if you plan to attend in\nperson for public comment. \nPublic Comment Information: A request to speak in person during the public comment\nportion of the meeting must be submitted to the Foundation email in writing no later than\ntwo days (forty-eight hours) in advance of the meeting scheduled. Speakers must\nspecify the matter on which they wish to speak. The Foundation will determine whether\nthe item will be heard and when it will be heard. The Board may decline to hear any\nmatter determined not to relate to a particular action item or deemed outside the Board’s\njurisdiction. There will be a 1-minute time limit; however\, this time limit may be extended\nor shortened (at the discretion of the Chair) depending on the number of speakers.\nNotify foundation@ncf.edu to submit a Request for Public Comment.
