DESCRIPTION:NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING \nNew College of Florida 2025 Campus Master Plan Update\nPublic Hearing\nWednesday\, December 17\, 2025\n2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. \nHarry Sudakoff Conference Center\n5845 General Dougher Place\, Sarasota\, FL 34243 \n https://ncf.zoom.us/j/93921283528?pwd=ngbjrWvAW9lPW42K6inKgO9kZ0kJFt.1 \nPasscode: 338206 \nDownload Meeting Materials Here: Link \nPursuant to Florida Statute 1013.30(6)\, the Board of Trustees (Board) of New College of Florida\n(NCF) will hold the second public hearing for its proposed 2025 Campus Master Plan Update at\nthe time and location set forth above.  Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public\nhearing with respect to the proposed 2025 Campus Master Plan Update.  In addition\, written\ncomments may be submitted in advance of the hearing through the following email\naddress: campusmasterplan@ncf.edu. \nPursuant to Section 286.0105 of Florida Statutes\, if any person decides to appeal any decision\nmade by the Board with respect to any matter to be considered at the public hearing\, he or she\nwill need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose\, she or he may need to ensure that a\nverbatim record of the proceedings is made\, which record would include any testimony or\nevidence upon which the appeal is to be based. \nIn accordance with Florida Statute 1013.30(6)\, the NCF Board of Trustees may adopt the 2025\nCampus Master Plan Update at the conclusion of the public hearing. \nThe proposed 2025 Campus Master Plan Update and supporting documents are available for\npublic inspection at Facilities Management 5510 General Twining Blvd Sarasota\, FL 34243 during\nregular business hours.  A reasonable charge may be made for the provision of copies.  They are\nalso available for public inspection and download at the following link:\nhttps://www.ncf.edu/master-plan/ \nAmericans with Disabilities Act (ADA):  NCF does not discriminate upon the basis of any\nindividual’s disability status.  This non-discrimination policy involves every aspect of NCF’s\nfunctions including access to and participation in public meetings.  Anyone requiring reasonable\naccommodation for this meeting\, or to inspect the 2025 Campus Master Plan Update\, as\nprovided for in the ADA\, should contact the Accessible Learning Center (ALC) at 941-487-4484 or\nvia email at aalc@ncf.edu.
