The Academic Center and Koski Plaza at the corner of U.S. 41 and Bay Shore Road houses classrooms and faculty offices and is the most significant new building on campus.

The Enviromental Studies Program is located in the nearby Caples Carriage House. A student run community garden and the New College Sailing Program can also be found on the Caples campus.
