HOW DO I APPLY?

Option 1: New College Application – Priority Application Deadline February 1

  • New College Application (no application fee)
  • Personal Statement/Essay
  • Official Transcripts or SSAR (Self-reported Student Academic Record)
  • SAT or ACT Scores (Self-reported or official)
  • Recommendation (Optional): From your college counselor, principal, dean, or teacher who has taught you in an academic subject. Through the application, provide contact information for the person writing your recommendation. We will send the information directly to them.

Option 2: Common Application – Priority Application Deadline February 1

  • Common Application (no application fee) – add New College to your list of colleges
  • Personal Statement/Essay – submit through Common App
  • Official Transcripts or SSAR (Self-reported Student Academic Record)
  • SAT or ACT Scores (Self-reported or official)
  • Recommendation (Optional): From your college counselor, principal, dean, or teacher who has taught you in an academic subject. Send through the Common App.

Official transcripts and SAT/ACT scores will be required for enrolling students, regardless of application type.

HOW DO I CHECK MY APPLICATION STATUS?

Your New College applicant portal status page is where you can track receipt of your application materials, check your application status, and confirm enrollment if you are admitted.
