- Upload Immunization Records
- Complete Housing Registration – Must be completed by all students. (For students requesting to live on campus, a $100 deposit is required.) The application for on-campus requests closes on December 1, 2025.
- Select Housing and Meal Plan Options – (Required for all students, both on campus & commuter students)
- Register for NCFSafe emergency notifications by using the Self Service Student tile in the myNCF
- If you seek any disability accommodation or exemption (learning, dorm, meal plan), complete a New Student Request form and consult with the Accessible Learning Center (before November 21st)

- Submit the following:
- Passport
- Financial Certification Form
- Bank Letter/Statement
- SEVIS Record Transfer (if applicable)
- Final High School Transcript (official)
- All Official Final College/University Transcripts (for transfers and any freshman with dual enrollment)
- Official Test Scores (e.g., SAT, ACT, CLT)
- Official English Language Proficiency Test Scores
- Official Credential Evaluation
- Immunization/Health History (including recent TB test results and multiple measles vaccinations)
- Proof of International Student Health Insurance (and athletic insurance, if playing sports)
- Copy of the F1 Visa
- Schedule an initial meeting with an Academic Coach for course and ISP registration as soon as possible. (Note: later changes to your registration will affect your bill and your financial aid eligibility.)

- The Quantitative Literacy and Reasoning Assessment (QLRA) is an assessment of basic quantitative skills. Used for diagnostic purposes only, it consists of twenty questions and is available online.
- Log into myNCF and paste a link to the QLRA into a new tab on your browser.

- Complete Course Placement Exams if you’re planning to take any of these courses: Precalculus, French, Spanish, Chinese.
- The Math Placement Assessment is for all students planning to take any calculus course. Students scoring less than 50% should take Introduction to Math for the Sciences (precalculus) before attempting Calculus I. Contact Travis Lee [email protected] or Pat McDonald [email protected]
- The French, Spanish, and Chinese Placement Tests are for students with previous study or knowledge of the language and allow for students to be placed at the correct level.

- Please complete language course placements by:
- Missing or late documents, incomplete financial aid verification, and late registration may require you to pay your bill without financial assistance. Please make sure we have all of your required items on time.
- Any items in a language other than English require a professional translation. International university transcripts require course-by-course credential evaluation.
