Employee & Organizational Development provides training and facilitation for employees throughout New College of Florida and offers a wide variety of development training programs to build job skills for the role you have and to foster the career we hope you develop. This is a shared responsibility between the organization and the individual employee.

Employee & Organizational Development extends to all segments of the workforce and provides online training courses, webinars, face-to-face workshops, lunch-n-learn sessions, mini workshops, and guest speakers at no cost to employees on a variety of topics, making it easier for employees to meet their individual development needs. Course range from leadership development to workplace skills and are designed to build skills and knowledge i workplace trends and needs. Employee & Organizational Development provides a range of services including strategic planning, problem solving, team development, customer service skills, computer basics, conflict resolution, and more.
