A campus visit is the best way to get to know New College.

Please note: during the months of June, July, and the beginning of August there will be few New College students on campus.

While you are here, you can stop by our student-run Four Winds Café, tour our world-class marine research center, stroll through our historic buildings and meet fellow students and professors.

Campus visits are generally offered Monday - Friday except for some holidays and special event days. Most tours are led by students. All freshman admissions visitors should go to our Admissions Welcome Center on the first floor of College Hall (pink mansion located on the bayfront).

While visiting, you can also speak personally to your Admissions and Financial Aid counselors.

Arrange a Visit
From March 1 - August 16, campus visits are available Monday - Friday at 10:00 AM & 2:00 PM most days. Please note that there will be no visits scheduled during the week of  July 7 - July 13.

Transfer & International Students
You should apply as a transfer if you have, or will have, enrolled in any college course work after high school graduation.

If you’re currently a dual enrollment student, apply as a freshman candidate (unless you plan to enroll in college course work between high school graduation and the semester that you'd like to enroll at New College).

Group Visits
September 15 - December 15
Monday - Friday

We invite your school group to set up a campus visit! We can accommodate groups of up to 30 high school and college students.

Please contact us at admissions@ncf.edu or 941-487-5000 to arrange a counselor-led admissions talk, and a student-led walking tour.

Be sure to give us at least two weeks’ notice - our student tour guides get booked quickly during peak visit times!
