A campus visit is the best way to get to know New College.
While you are here, you can stop by our student-run Four Winds Café, tour our world-class marine research center, stroll through our historic buildings and meet fellow students and professors.
Campus visits are generally offered Monday -- Friday except for some holidays and special event days. Most tours are led by students. All admissions visitors should go to our Admissions Welcome Center on the first floor of College Hall (pink mansion located on the bayfront).
While visiting, you can also speak personally to your Admissions and Financial Aid counselors.
Arrange a Visit
To arrange your visit, please click here or contact Carley Ray, our Campus Visit Coordinator, at (941) 487-5000 or email@example.com.
A class visit can provide you with a better idea of the unique academic program here at New College of Florida. If you are a current high school senior interested in applying or that has applied please consider this as a next step after your campus visit.
You can review our course schedule to see which classes are offered on certain days and which professors accept visitors. The process can be expedited if you choose one to three classes you would enjoy experiencing.
Transfer & International Students
You should apply as a transfer if you have, or will have, enrolled in any college course work after high school graduation. If you’re currently a dual enrollment student, apply as a freshman candidate (unless you plan to enroll in college course work between high school graduation and the semester that you'd like to enroll at New College).
Saturday visits will be held Sept. 26, 2015 (Family Weekend), Nov. 14, 2015, and Feb. 27, 2016. The visit includes an information session, question and answer panel with current students, and a campus tour. Space is limited and advanced registration online is required.
To arrange your visit, please contact our Campus Visit Coordinator at (941) 487-5000 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please contact us at email@example.com or 941-487-5000 if you are interested in taking a specialized tour of our Science or Art facilities on campus. Please note for students interested in visiting Pritzker Marine Laboratory, it will be closed to guests on Mondays and Fridays.
