Out-of-State Waivers for Students with Three Years of Attendance and Graduation from a Florida High School - FS 1009.26(12a)
If you are a student who does not qualify for Florida residency for tuition purposes, but you are graduating from a Florida high school, you might be eligible for an out-of-state tuition waiver to reduce your tuition and fees to Florida rates.
