Sexual Predators OffendersThe Federal Campus Sex Crimes Prevention Act of 2000 requires institutions of higher education to issue a statement advising the campus community where they may obtain information provided by the state concerning sexual predators and offenders. It also requires sexual predators and offenders to provide notice, as required under State law of each institution of higher education in that State at which the person is employed, carries on a vocation, or is a student at that institution. The Campus Police Department maintains a list of sexual offenders on this campus at the Campus Police station located at 501 College Drive (CPD) on the New College Campus. That information is available at anytime, and can also be secured via phone by calling our Communications Division at 487-4210.
