| Sarah Hernandez Associate Professor of Sociology Dr. Hernandez was born and raised in Mexico. Her father was from Mexico, her mother from the United States. Therefore, her research and teaching involves both countries and a broader international outlook. Her academic interests involve the intersection of economic development, work organization, and social movements.
