Mildred Sainer Music & Arts Pavilion Fee Schedule

The Mildred Sainer Music & Arts Pavilion is available for rental when not in use by the College.  All reservations are treated on a first-come, first-served basis.  All rental fees and associated services are subject to state and local sales taxes unless a tax-exempt certificate is presented at the time the contract is signed.

1 The Cleaning Fee is applied to events where food and/or beverages are served.
2 Piano Tuning is performed by a tuner chosen by New College and available upon request.

The contract period begins at 12 pm, ends promptly at 10 pm, and includes the following spaces: the Music room, Living room, Patio, and Bay Front.

A rehearsal fee of $150 secures the Facility for 2 hours on the Friday before the contract date, for rehearsal purposes.

The rehearsal fee can be added to the total rental fees if a rehearsal is desired, and is taxed at 7%.

Capacity

The Mildred Sainer Pavilion holds a maximum of 257 people with three wheelchair positions.

PepsiCo Arcade & Forum will hold a maximum of 500 people.

Isermann Gallery will hold a maximum of 235 people.

Additional Information

Comprehensive general liability insurance must be obtained by the licensee and should be $500,000 per occurrence. New College of Florida and the Florida Board of Trustees should be named as insured parties. The Licensee must provide the College with a certificate of insurance no less than 30 days prior to the event.

Parking services and/or public safety needs are determined by the Campus Police. Estimates can be provided prior to the event. User will be invoiced after the event.
