Regulations & Policies
New College of Florida is in the process of adopting regulations in accordance with the Regulation Development Process adopted by the Florida Board of Governors. All of the Regulations will be incorporated into the New College of Florida Regulations Manual. Policies which are still in effect are noted in brackets in the Table of Contents, as well as any 6C11 rules.

These regulations supersede and replace certain rules and policies as set out in the Appendix to the Regulation Manual. The Board of Trustees will continue to adopt regulations replacing the former rules and policies.
