Immunization Requirement

The state of Florida requires all students under the age of 40, whether degree or non-degree, full-time or part-time, to present documented proof of immunity to Rubella. All students born after 1956 must also submit proof of immunity to Measles. Submit documentation prior to registration to Student Health Services, Parkview Counseling Center (West Campus).
