Florida Academic Counseling and Tracking for Students (FACTS)
The
Florida Academic Counseling and Tracking for Students is Florida's official
online student advising system and is provided free by the Florida Department
of Education. Students are encouraged to explore the various services
offered by FACTS at www.facts.org.
As New College of
Florida is a new participant, some features may not yet be available to
students.
Please be aware of the
following:
1. Your Student ID is
your NCF ID Number. This number is located under your photo on your NCF ID
Card. It is also available online at www.ncf.edu/NewCLEIS.
Click
the link "Find Your N-Number".
2. Your PIN/Password is
the same as your NewCLEIS
password. If you do not
remember your NewCLEIS password, first try to login to NewCLEIS using your
Security Question. If you correctly answer your question, you will be asked
to create a new PIN. If you are unable to answer your Security Question, you
will need to contact the NewCLEIS hotline at 1-877-NEW-CLEI (639-2534)
Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5pm to request that your password be
reset.
Working
Transcripts
Students who were admitted or re-admitted for the Fall 2004
or subsequent terms may view their Working Transcripts at FACTS.org. To
view your Working Transcript:
1. Click
the "College Transcripts & Grades" option from the FACTS.org
homepage.
2. From
the "College Transcripts & Grades" page, you will need to
choose "New College of Florida" from the "Select your home
institution" drop box.
Degree / Program Audit
Students may view an unofficial report of their
standing with regards to the various components for graduation. Students
seeking an official review of their progress toward graduation should
contact the Office of the Registrar. To view your Degree / Program Audit:
1. Click
the "College Advising Tools" option from the
FACTS.org
homepage and choose "Institutional Degree / Program Audit" from the
selection box.
2. From
the "Institutional Degree / Program Audit" page, you will need to
choose "New College of Florida" from the "Select your home
institution" drop box.
