Faculty Funding Sources and Opportunities

As experts in your field, you are probably more aware of funding opportunities in your area, then this office may know.  With the mandate by Congress in the late 90's to automate and electronically disseminate information on funding opportunities and require electronic applications, obtaining information via the web is very easy.  Anyone from this office would be happy to assist you with locating funding, if you like.  It may take 2-3 days to complete a list of potential funding sources.  Currently, however, private sources of funding require additional time to locate since private sources advertise in different ways.

Private and Non-Profit Sources and Opportunities

Private sources do not have to abide by federal regulations for funding applications, therefore, you must read carefully what each private source wants in terms of their application.  Click the link above to review a variety of private / non-profit sites of interest.
