| New College of Florida – Fall 2013 Orientation New student orientation will take place Saturday, August 17- Sunday, August 25. Parent orientation will take place Sunday, August 18. We're thrilled that you'll be joining us this fall, and we look forward to meeting you and helping you begin your New College career. You are about to embark upon an exciting new journey! At orientation, you'll learn about our campus and the local community. You’ll meet other new students and your Orientation Leaders, current students who understand what you’re about to experience. You'll attend engaging info sessions, campus tours and a variety of social events. You’ll also meet your faculty advisor and attend mini-classes to negotiate your fall semester contract. We hope that by the end of the week, you’ll feel as if you were always a part of our New College family.
