David Allen, NY Times Best Selling Author, to Speak on “The Art of Stress-Free Productivity” at New College of Florida, October 23

September 28, 2009 – David Allen, an internationally-recognized productivity expert, lecturer and New York Times bestselling author, will be the guest speaker at a business lunch sponsored by New College of Florida on Friday, October 23, from 12:00-1:30 pm at the Harry Sudakoff Conference Center on the New College campus. A New College alumnus, Allen will speak on “The Art of Stress-Free Productivity.”

David AllenDavid Allen has been called one of the 50 most influential Americans in business by CNN. His first book, Getting Things Done: The Art of Stress-Free Productivity (Viking, 2001), has sold over 1.5 million copies and has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Business Week and Forbes. His latest book, Making It All Work: Winning at the Game of Work and the Business of Life, has just been released.

Allen also will participate in a book-signing on Thursday, October 22, at 7:00 PM at Barnes & Noble Booksellers, 4010 South Tamiami Trail in Sarasota.
