New College Senior Thesis Art Exhibition, May 6 to July 3
The New College of Florida Department of Art, in collaboration with the Gender Studies Program at New College, presents The Senior Thesis Art Exhibition featuring a selection of works from the students’ final year of studies. The exhibition is on view at Art Center Sarasota from May 6 – July 3, 2009. The exhibition showcases a wide variety of works, including sculpture, paintings, drawings, prints, installation, video and performance art. An opening reception is planned for Thursday, May 14, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.
Participating artists include: Jessica Borusky, Christine Doromoy, Alejandra Ferreyros, Ian Gray, Mia Johnson, Angela Kramer, Misha Wyllie, Persephone Thorn-Hauswirth, Kim Vorperian, Rachel Warzesky.

The Gallery is open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 am to 4 pm.
Opening Reception:
