Returning Users
If you forgot your PIN, enter your "N" number and then click the "Forgot PIN?" button.

Please enter this 9-digit New College "N" number (N00000000 with a capital "N") identified in NewCLEIS as your User ID and your 6-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) for access to the New College Information System (NewCLEIS). When you are finished, click the Login button.
If this is the first time you have accessed the system and do not yet have a PIN, enter your date of birth in the format MMDDYY - For example, if your date of birth is July 1, 1965, you would enter: 070165.
You will then be prompted to designate a new PIN number and enter a security question and answer in case you need to ever reset your PIN. Your PIN must be 6 digits in length. Do NOT re-use your birth date (forward or backward), any portion of your social security number, or any other readily identifiable personal information. Please keep your PIN confidential.

The first time you try to logon to NewCLEIS, a web page will display telling your PIN is expired.
Re-enter your expired PIN in the first field and enter a new PIN in the next two fields.

The security question is intended to allow you to re-set your PIN without having to contact NCF Administrative Information Systems staff.
Please read the instructions, they are self-explanatory.

After logon, you will be presented with the Main Menu. We have provided you with access to Personal, Student and Financial Aid Menus.
If you are also an employee of NCF, you will be able to access an additional menu for Employees.

On the Student Records menu you will be able to view/print your current account balances and view/print your 1098-T information for applicable tax years.
If you have any questions or problems logging into NewCLEIS, please enter a ticket in our Ansible/NewCLEIS helpdesk ticketing system.
