NewCLEIS Logon  

WELCOME

The functions of NewCLEIS are now accessible through Ansible, New College's Online Portal. Students and faculty can find NewCLEIS on the Academics tab, under “Academic Services”. Staff can go to the Employees tab and click the link under “My NewCLEIS”.

Click this button to access Ansible:
If you are a new student you can use NewCLEIS to activate your New College email account, which is used to access Ansible and other services. NewCLEIS can also be used to reset your password.

NewCLEIS is the online information system for NCF students, faculty and staff.

If you are a student, NewCLEIS will allow you to perform valuable functions online such as registering for contracts/ISPs, viewing your account balance, and changing your address.

With NewCLEIS, staff and faculty can see pay stubs, annual/sick leave balances and change personal information such as addresses or phone numbers.

TO USE NewCLEIS, YOU WILL NEED YOUR "N" NUMBER AND PIN. SEE THE RESOURCES LIST BELOW FOR DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS.

NewCLEIS Function Added for New Admits:

Apply for your NCF student email address now online via NewCLEIS. Simply logon to NewCLEIS with your "N" number and PIN. Select the Personal Information Menu and then the option to request a NCF student email address. Read the rules, check the box and hit the submit button.

USE NEWCLEIS TO APPLY FOR YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS

Once you have the required information you may access the NewCLEIS logon.

The NewCLEIS HOTLINE will be available Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM by calling 1-877-NEW-CLEI (639-2534).

The HOTLINE is not available at night or on weekends but you may leave a message and a phone number and one of our representatives will try to contact you as soon as they are able to.
