This position manages all
aspects of residential life at a small, innovative, and highly selective
liberal arts college. Supervise a staff
of four student affairs professionals and seventeen resident assistants. Functional areas of responsibility include
budgeting, facilities management, student development programming, emergency
response, and strategic planning. This
position is accountable for housing and food service auxiliary accounts, which
generate over $1.5 MM in revenue annually.
