Information Technology maintains a
list which permits any New College student, faculty, or staff member to
email us a question. If any member of our staff has an answer to your
question they will post a response. If you are posting a question from
a mail system that does not include your return address, please include
your full email address in your message.

Update
We are in the process of installing the new phones on campus. This means
that USF will no longer be handling our phone service. From now on any
of your phone requests or problems should be directed to our Help Desk
system at
http://rt.network.ncf.edu/index.html. You can then choose the “Phone
Service” option from the drop down list. Please refrain from calling or
emailing the individual IT staff members if possible, if you do need to
call you may call the Help Desk at 4350. This will help to ensure that
the calls our routed to the appropriate person and our efforts aren’t
being duplicated. Thanks for your assistance.
