Please complete a separate request for each course or event and location. If it is a weekend class or event, please call to confirm that we will be able to fulfill your request, 941-487-4306. This form is for on-campus, academic related events only.

Please note the following limitations and policy issues:

• ETS will no longer service unsecured public locations such as the Hamilton Center Fishbowl
• 24-Hour notice is required for on-campus events
• Podiums can be requested from Physical Plant
• Please schedule for current semester only
• Deliveries may be subject to favorable weather conditions
