Eat. Sleep. Be merry.
Living on campus at New College gives you the opportunity to be fully engaged in student life. New College students enjoy a strong sense of camaraderie and community, which is why nearly 80 percent of our students choose to live on campus.
New College’s Pei Campus is the center of residential life, with eight out of a total of nine residence halls located there. Along with the dorms, Hamilton "Ham" Center, Palm Court, the Fitness Center and other recreational facilities form a student village where academics and campus life seamlessly intertwine and "learning occurs around the clock."
Whether you're a vegetarian, vegan or omnivore, our meal plan with Sodexo offers plenty of options and a great deal of flexibility, since you buy "purchasing power" rather than specific meals.
Our market café features a chef stir-fry station, an organic salad bar, fresh grilled sandwiches, classic entrees, as well as a selection of vegan and vegetarian menu options for a quick, nutritious meal. We also carry a variety of natural and organic groceries and snacks to take with you. The Sub Shop, a deli-style sandwich shop in Hamilton "Ham" Center, offers fresh-made sandwiches, subs, wraps and salads. The staff works closely with students who have special dietary needs or allergies.

The student-run Four Winds Café, located on the Bayfront Campus, is a place for the meeting of the minds between students and faculty. The popular gathering spot features gourmet coffee and vegetarian cuisine.
Students also find a variety of casual-dining options in the Sarasota-Bradenton area, from Asian and Latin American to Continental European, Middle Eastern and British pub-style that won't break your budget.
