Transfer Students
 Transfer students who received financial aid at a previous institution must still apply for financial aid at New College.
Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
If you have already completed a 2008/2009 FAFSA, but did not include New College as a school choice, please call the
federal processor at 800-433-3243 or log into your FAFSA at www.fafsa.ed.gov to add the New College school code. Our FAFSA code is 039574.
If your FAFSA is selected for verification by the Department of Education, you will need to submit the necessary documentation (tax returns, verification, etc.) to our office, even if you have submitted them to a previous institution. Our office will notify you of any documentation we need you to submit.
Stafford Loan
If you wish to borrow a Stafford Loan at New College you must complete an Entrance Interview and Federal Stafford Loan Request Form. Click here for forms to be completed.
Bright Futures Recipients
Call Bright Futures at 1-888-827-2004 to let them know that you are transferring to New College. Our Bright Futures school code is 867.
Florida Prepaid Recipients
Provide a copy of your Florida Prepaid card to the Business Office (Palmer Building D, 123).
