• Participants will be placed on a first-come, first-served basis in the highest-ranked open course selection on the application.  Scholar Weekend courses fill up quickly.  Applicants uable to be placed in any course choices will be placed on a waiting list.  Applicants will be notified of their status via regular mail after the posted deadline.

• Upon acceptance, additional information about Scholar Weekend will be sent by mail.

• Full tuition payment is due within 10 days of acceptance into a course or the accepted student's place will be forfeited.  (Financial aid award recipients must send a check for any balance owed within 10 days of award notification.

• All participants must be covered by health insurance.

Application will be available for download in January 2009.
