Delegate Information

Official delegates representing other colleges and universities at the Inauguration ceremony should arrive by 2:00 pm at College Hall to robe and find their place in the procession. Personal possessions may be left in College Hall in a designated room which will be locked during the ceremony. Delegates will process in the order of the founding of the institutions they represent. Each delegate will be given a number for the procession.

College Hall, the former Charles Ringling mansion, is located at 351 College Drive, Sarasota, FL. Please click here for maps and directions.

Parking attendants will direct you to parking on College Drive, within easy walking distance of College Hall. Handicapped parking and/or golf carts will be available to those who need assistance. Delegates should identify themselves as such to the parking attendants. A special parking section will be reserved.

The Inauguration ceremony begins at 3:00 pm with the procession to the tent on Sarasota Bay directly behind College Hall and should be over by 4:30. A reception will follow in Cook and College Hall.
